I want to cancel because I misplaced my password, I have been looking for a way to reset it & create a new one but your site says I need to enter my old one first & ive have this problem for a lil over a month now so Im jus getting charged for something i cannot use, definately not user friendly I plan to write the company & complain about this aswell as leave a horrible review. Ive reached out via Livechat…(which is supposed to be LIVE.. but no one has responded.so I am done
