Since May of 2021 I have been trying to fix an reassuring issue with my account. I had mentioned that my computer was acting up and it downloaded three instances of Studio, when I only needed 1. You told me you had fixed the error but on my account month after month there has been an extra $19.98 which makes a total of almost $260. I refuse to continue to pay the extra $19.98 for instances I do not need. I love the programs you have to offer but not at this cost.
